I keep trying to "upgrade" but it says the PLUS is already included in my package. Then I go to the "FILE" section and I basically have to go through the whole process of filing before I can purchase anything so I can get to my previous year's returns?? I just want to be able to download 2016 return without having to go into this year's return too much.
