pay the TurboTax product fees. And then if not paid, an email warning that the bank account was about to
be debited. Check the email address you have on file in your account,
and also check your email's spam/junk folders in case the notices ended up there.
In any case, there is an appeals process if your debit resulted in non-sufficient funds. You will need to call in to TurboTax Support and get an incident number, and they will advise you on how to get this resolved. While you have them on the phone, also ask them to check the email address they sent the email notices to.
