You can submit only one tax return. After that one tax return is accepted you can not file another one. What you have to do is to prepare an amendment of the one that you orginally filed and add your additional income to it. Then you have to print that amended return out on paper and mail it to the IRS. It takes the IRS about 4 months to process an amended return.
