Call the ire and ask for an advocate they will forward your info to the ASAP and the advocate calls you in 2 business days . Mine has been pulled due to my employer changed codes and it did t match my W2 advocate called me and is working f on it I faxed W2 and check stubs to her call first thing Monday and advise you are having financial issues and need to know what’s going on make sure 21 days has passed
