I went through the same thing, got a 45 day letter, the next week got a 60 day letter, checked my bank account the next Friday on 4/5/19 and my refund was there, my wmr finally updated with a DDD but I stopped checking it so I never seen it. So you may not necessarily have to wait the whole time, just when they get to it I guess. Best of luck, very stressful this year
