You can use these steps to change your deduction.
- Log into your account and click Take me to my return
- Then click in the Search box in the top right corner
- Type in itemized deductions, choosing just like that with the comma and hit enter
- Then click on jump to itemized deductions, choosing
- You should be able to put a check in the box on the screen and then select which deduction you want
- Then click Continue
Another way to get to this section:
- Log into your account and click Take me to my return
- Click Tax Tools to the left and then Tools
- Then click Topic Search
- Type in itemized deductions, choosing and select from list and click Go
