You can always go back, several different ways:
1 hit your browser's back button OR
2 on the screen there is often a back button OR
3 at the top of the screen it says "personal Info", "federal taxes", etc. clicking on those takes you to the beginning of that category.
There are lots of other ways, too, such as clicking on "forms", but they are more complicated.
