Most likely you will receive your card before the funds are placed on your Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card because IRS has to process and approve the refund before it is sent out to the bank. As soon as IRS approves your refund then funds are automatically deposited on to your Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card. IRS will already have the card account number and you will not need to provide it.
