Here is a response I received: this is not uncommon. Accepted just means that they have received it but not started processing it yet. Until that state starts actually reviewing and processing your received return, they won't have any record of it when you go to check status on their website. The next step would be for them to review/process and approve your refund. Processing times vary from state to state.
Georgia has stated to please allow them 90 business days to process your return and issue a refund. This is also stated on their Where's My Refund? page when you go to track your refund.
