Has the IRS released your funds to SBTPG? Check here:
http://www.irs.gov/RefundsIf it hasn't been released, you can phone the IRS and speak to a live agent to see if it is too late to stop it. Depending on the stage it is in, they may be able to stop a refund at the IRS level and send a paper check to the address on the return, but they won't change any deposit information.

If there's still time, you could phone SBTPG and see if they can do anything. They used to let people change account info there by logging into their SBTPG portal there. But they may have quit doing that due to all the identity theft and fraud. It's possible they might be able to stop the deposit from SBTPG to your bank, however. I don't know if they will do that. And if they do, they might require you to submit ID verification.
