I first noticed there was a problem when I went to Where's My Refund. I had to wait for a letter in the mail. I sent everything in they asked for. A few weeks later I received a letter in the mail that they received everything and would have it reviewed by September 2018. You should have at least received an initial letter in the mail to send things in. There is a phone number at Where's My Refund to call for information. I'd do that if I were you. I'm pretty upset that it's taking so long also. I really need my refund. I did hear they will pay interest though. And I've also heard next year will be even worse.
