Mines were like that on Thursday morning also, mines has the same exact message just with no bars, I have informed delivery and I saw a screen shot of mail from the IRS, I just came back in from the mail box and it was both my transcript and tax account request which I ordered both over phone on Feburary 12, both are blank, they both say no return filed which means neither were ready when I ordered on the 12th, look I have decided that I'm not ordering any transcripts again, because if I don't see any mail at all from the IRS, that's a good thing, I'm feeling like we should see a change by next week, they are just backed up, and as bad as it sounds it's actually a good thing that hundreds or thousands have the same exact thing on end, cuz that has to mean it's actually is an overload with the system
