The TurboTax mobile app uses SmartLookTM technology to connect you with a support specialist. You can also opt for a callback:
Sign in to the mobile app if you're not already signed in.
Tap the "question mark" bubble in the upper-right corner to open the TurboTax Virtual Assistant.
Tap Talk to an expert, then enter your question.
Tap Connect me (to connect via SmartLookTM) or No thanks for a callback.
If you selected No thanks, be sure to also tap OK, sounds good to set up a callback.
