So you have a Turbo Prepaid Visa Card administered by Green Dot Bank? Here is the cardholder agreement.

You can search the document to see if you can find anything. I did see the following statement mentioned in regards to limits:
"You may withdraw up to a maximum of $3,000 per calendar month from ATMs and up to a maximum of $3,000 per calendar month from teller transactions unless otherwise indicated."
If you need official info on whether or not there is a "per day" withdrawal limit, you'll likely have to phone the Customer Service for Turbo Prepaid Visa Card at (888) 285-4169.
