TurboTax can prepare some city tax returns (Which city tax returns can I do in the TurboTax state program?). However, the city tax return section is located in the state tax return section.

To edit the Michigan City Tax Return in TurboTax Online, please review the following instructions:

Sign in to TurboTax and select Take me to my return.
On the left column, select State.
Select Continue to the Status of your state returns screen.
Select Edit on Michigan.
Select Edit on Other situations.
Select Start or Revisit on Michigan City Tax Returns. See attached screenshot.
Select the relevant cities on the Live or Work in Any of These Cities? screen. See attached screenshot.
