Two weeks hasn't been very long for a state refund. Some states take significantly longer.
If you efiled, doublecheck with this tool to be sure it was efiled successfully and accepted:

If that confirmed it was accepted, then the FAQ below will tell you how to track a state refund. If you can't find your info at the state's look-up tool, then print out your state return and look at the refund amount that is shown on it.
