To delete a state
from your return, please follow these steps:
TurboTax Online
- While in your return click on the State
Taxes tab. [See Screenshot #1, below.]
- On the Status of your state
returns screen, click Delete next to the state you wish to
remove.
TurboTax CD/Download
- While you are in your federal
return, click on File (in the black bar at the top of your screen),
and then select Remove State/City. [Screenshot #2]
- A window will appear with the
state returns listed. Click on the desired to select it and then click on Remove.
