Ok. That is simply responding to the IRS's request for documentation. It does not sound like you amended your return in the Online program. If you did please let me know. If you simply faxed in requested documents it will not take the length of time to process that an amended return would. However, the IRS will need time to review the documentation you submitted so it would not be unusual to have some sort of delay in your refund.
