Thanks for replying. I faxed mine on Feb 16 and I've called and they keep saying they haven't received it as yet. I hope it won't be long for I am expecting a baby in the next 6 weeks.. I really will be happy if they even tell me they received my fax. Hopefully soon... Fingers crossed
