After you file
If your parents claimed you as a dependent, the 1098-T goes on their tax return.
If you are a International student (F-1 visa), most likely you don't qualify for any educational credits (if that applies, please post back with details about your Residency).
Otherwise, you may be able to amend your 2014 and 2015 tax returns to *POSSIBLY* get a refund.
