I would like a refund

Hello,

I would like a full refund of the product/s you automatically charged me.  I cannot find the order number and did not receive a confirmation email of the charge but the money has been withdrawn from my account.  I have cancelled my subscription and removed my credit card information from my account.  I am unable to process the refund myself as I never received an order number.
