It's impossible to say since you didn't indicate if the audit resulted in an adjustment to your state income tax return and, if it did, what got adjusted. Since most state income taxes start with federal income - I don't know in MN does or not - almost always an adjustment at the federal level has the potential for needing a corresponding adjust to the state income tax. But not every adjustment at the state level necessarily ripples up to the federal income tax return.
