If the copy you have is illegible then you have a few options. If you can at least see the EIN and Box 1 amount, then try to do an import of the document in TurboTax. Otherwise your only other option is to obtain a new copy (from your employer directly or by going on their intranet or payroll portal). Lastly, if you are out of time, file an extension -https://turbotax.intuit.com/irs-tax-extensions
