Whether you need to amend your tax return depends upon what is reported n the Schedule K-1.
If you are a limited partner, and the partnership was not sold and the income in Boxes 1, 2 and three totals $10 or less or is negative, then you won't need to file an amended return.
If your net income is more than $10, you should file an amended return.
