My wife just filed our return through her own account on Turbo Tax. I didn't know and made this account and paid separately, but haven't filed yet. Can I get a refund?

We don't need to file twice! I haven't filed, but I've already paid to file. Can I be refunded the amount I paid for turbo tax services if I haven't filed yet?
