Well, I sent a paper return in January 18th. I keep checking where's my refund and it still says processing! Will i get my refund back soon?

Well, I sent a paper return in January 18th. I keep checking where's my refund and it still says processing! Will i get my refund back soon?
Will i need to make an appointment at my local IRS? Or will my refund be coming anytime soon?
