To make sure you are re-downloading it correctly try these steps below:
- Sign in to My TurboTax Account
- Click the blue Download arrow.

Don't see a blue arrow? You can also click the product name in the Items Ordered column, pictured below.
Save the download somewhere on your computer where you can find it – your desktop is a good place.After the download has finished, install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file.
