As soon as the IRS approves your refund, the money gets electronically deposited to your card. (Check your refund status using the Where's My Refund link below.)
- Make sure that you activated your card either online or over phone by following the instructions on the card's sticker.
- You can contact Turbo Prepaid Visa to verify their direct deposit procedures and to determine if they hold funds beyond the date the IRS sends them over.
