The RPS is the Refund Processing Service, which is an OPTIONAL third-party fee that allows you to have your Turbotax charges taken out of your refund instead of paying for them upfront with a debit or credit card. Again, it is totally optional, and you do not have to accept it.

If you have added this option and do not want to use it, you can remove it and pay your fees with a debit or credit card.
