Make sure to activate you card as soon as you get it, online or over phone by following the instructions on the card sticker.
Once the IRS approves and issues your refund, your refund will be deposited directly to your account.
To avoid delays, be sure the name on the tax return is exactly the same as the name on your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card.
Refunds usually take 21 days after the IRS accepts your return. If you claimed EITC and/or ACTC, the IRS expects the earliest EITC/ACTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or debit cards starting Feb. 27, 2018
