If you filed and the account number was incorrect, you will unfortunately not be able to change this. What will happen is the IRS will send your refund to the bank, but the bank will send it back because the information isn't correct. Once the IRS gets the refund back, they will send you a paper check that you will receive through the mail in a few weeks.
