timothybuechel You first have to set up the online account at turboprepaidcard.com and get the last 4 numbers of your card. Then you call and after the announcements it asks you to enter the last 4 digits of your card. enter them and you will get to a human. The first person will get your info but will transfer you to someone who will actually ship out the card. If you are polite but firm they will send it fed ex. and plan to be on hold for awhile.
