I never received my turbo tax refund card & irs website said it was deposited to my account already. How can i request another card. My stimulus scheck got sent to that same account so i cant excess to any of my monelp, please help! Ive called all the numbers that are suggested but cant ever get through to ask someone how to do this  this joshua Lyons

If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, you have two options:

 

1) If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen.

 

2) If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance.

 

You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

 

If calling, please be patient. It might take a number of attempts to get through.

I tried using telephone I tried using the web but nothing works still says put in my social security number then I put in my birthday it says invalid information so someone need to fix this so how can I get my card if things invalid I can't sign into my account but there's no cards on account so what can I do
