After you file
Unfortunately I used the Tax Expert feature, BUT it was not very useful, just copy/pasting something about how useful TT Live is. It's not really clear when you're signing up that Live is separate from Deluxe, and that's very frustrating. Is there any way to contact someone at TT Customer Service to talk about this specific case?!
