well it looks like you took my money and make it very difficult to get it back so I contacted my credit card company to not pay you. i filed my taxes with H&R block and it was really free. no cost, didn't even ask for credit card or bank info. Turbo Tax is a big fat lie. I will never use or recommend them to anyone in fact I will tell them to stay away. very disappointing.
