Are you expecting there to be entries for those lines?
The tax forms were changed this year and the line numbers aren't sequential on a single form anymore. You may not have certain lines on your tax forms. Lines 38-47 now appear on Schedule 2 - Tax. Most of these lines are actually not being used - the two entries that would appear on this form on for Alternative Minimum Tax and Excess advance tax credit repayment.
