Why does the help screen text wind up printing when I follow the "Need to print..." link prior to e-filing?

I'm about to e-file and click the "Need to print..." link and a help screen window opens that says "Printing your return...".  I click the printer icon in the help screen's menu bar, go through the Print dialogue and what prints is a single page containing the help screen's text.  

I've tried a few times.  Is there another route to printing a hard copy?
