Is the address that your employer has on file correct?
If they have told you that they mailed it out already, and it doesn't show up within the next few days, I would contact them again to verify that your address is current and ask them to send you a duplicate W-2.
There may be a small fee for this service, but it's the easiest way to get your W-2 information if the original has been lost.
