Hi I did my taxes with TurboTax again this year and instead of hitting the button to order the TurboTax card I went ahead and did the loan advance this year and got approved for some money I'm trying

The refund loan is put on a pre-paid Visa when your tax return is accepted by the IRS. The IRS will not start to accept/reject returns until January 28.

Okay thank you so much for that answer will the rest of my tax money once it is approved get put on that same card

And one last question is do you know how long that card will take to get mailed to me

Your refund will all go on the card. I cannot say how long it takes for them to mail the card. Read through the very detailed link you were given about it.
