First amend your return and then when you go back into the TurboTax program and follow the steps below.
To file an amended return:
1. Wait for your return to be accepted or rejected by the IRS
2. Log into your account, and at your tax timeline select your "2015
Tax Year"
3. Select to "Amend (Change) 2015 return" and
follow the directions

If that does not work, try this:
1. Go to the search bar in the top right corner
2. Enter "1099-DIV"
3. Select "Jump to 1099-DIV"
4. Answer "Yes" to "Did you receive any dividend income?"
