You enter this as follows:
Go to:
- Click on Federal Taxes
- Click on Deductions and Credits
- Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
- Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
- On Other Income Taxes, click on the start or update button
- Go all the way to the bottom and you will see, Payments for 2014 or prior year state taxes.
