Unfortunately, this return is not currently available in TurboTax. In order to file this return you must use the information on your Schedule C to file your OL-3 return. You may file a paper return, which is available at the following link: Form OL-3 | LouisvilleKy.gov.
You may also file electronically, using the following link: E-File OL-3 Return | LouisvilleKy.gov. If you do file electronically, it will be necessary to provide the Metro Louisville Revenue Commission with a copy of your Schedule C. You may upload a PDF copy directly on the site or mail-in a paper copy.
