After you file

No one here can answer that question for you.  Because TurboTax is a self-prepared tax return program, it's up to the user to successfully complete the filing of their return(s).

It's possible that you selected to only file your federal return, then failed to go back and file your state return later.  It's also possible that you e-filed your federal return alone before all of the state forms were ready for filing.  Many users want to go ahead and file as early as they can, before all of the state forms are ready.  It would be impossible to pinpoint the exact cause.

Each user also should receive an email stating that their return(s) have been successfully e-filed.  Then a second email notifies the user whether the return(s) have been accepted or rejected.  Below is info from a TurboTax FAQ explaining how to e-file your individual tax return.

If you'd like, you can purchase the desktop (CD/download) program for both federal and state and use them to file your state return.  Just know that any prior year returns can't be e-filed.  They must be printed and mailed.  Here's the link to purchase TT software for 2014.

If you have a copy of your 2014 federal return, you may just use the info there to complete your state return using forms that are likely available on your state's department of revenue website.
