After you file
As SJ has indicated in the link she posted, since you had already filed your Tax Year 2015 Form 1040 return before receiving the additional information in the corrected W-2 and corrected 1099, in order for your filing to reconcile with what has been reported by Scottrade to the IRS, you must file an Amended Return Form 1040X - which can be done using TurboTax.
