After you file
Yes, you are able to file an amended return to show that you should be claimed as a dependent. You will need to wait to see if your original return is rejected or accepted. If it is rejected, you are able to log back into your return, update the "claimed as a dependent" information, make the corrections to the return that caused the rejection then refile the return.
If you return was accepted, you will then need to file an amended return using form 1040x. Click here for when and how to file a 1040x: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288565
