If you have no income, TurboTax will not generate a 1040EZ.
You can always write the information on a paper 1040EZ and mail your return to the appropriate address. The link takes you to a fillable form online, so it looks official. You can also use the IRS FreeFile web site, but we can't vouch for what you can do there.
