What do you mean by "2014/2015"? Are you talking about 2 years of returns--the 2014 return and the 2015 return?
And what do you mean by "never received my tax return?" Are you asking about a Federal refund, or are you asking how to print out the return; i.e., the paperwork?
If you are asking about a Federal refund, and if you efiled the returns, then first phone TurboTax Support to see if your returns were successfully efiled and accepted. It's possible the returns were rejected and not filed. Did you get any email saying they were accepted?

If you find out the returns were accepted, here's how to contact the IRS:
IRS: 800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Mon-Fri
When calling the IRS do not choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
- First choose your language. Listen to each menu before making the selection.
- Then press 2 for "personal income tax".
- Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
- Then press 4 "for all other questions."
- Then press 2 "for all other questions." It should then transfer you to an agent, but there is likely to be a long wait.
I usually use a speakerphone so I can work on something else while waiting.
