I was trying to send my 1095A. For some reason it made me amend my return and now says I owe 176.00. I dont understand what the charge is for.

I was trying to send my 1095A. For some reason it made me amend my return and now says I owe 176.00. I dont understand what the charge is for.
Do I have to mail-in this Amendment or can I send these documents to the IRS by fax ?
