Absolutely you can change and correct your address because you did not e-file and are going to mail your return.
- Sign in to your TurboTax (online or desktop) account
- Select "My TurboTax" and then Tax Timeline
- Scroll to Some things you can do section, click
Add a State (you aren't really adding a state this is just a way to reopen
your return)
- Select the Personal Info tab then edit your address.
- Continue to the File tab and finish the return again for mail (or e-file).
