I was under the impression that I am not required to file FBAR and accordingly filled my return. Now I got the information that FBAR is required, hence plz suggest:
1. Do I need to file an amended return?
2. Is there a filing charge payable to TurboTax?
3. Is amended return applicable for State tax also? I guess not.
